Access onto the land will need some work to make it ideal. It is very advisable to have a 4 wheel drive vehicle with high clearance. Over the years the access road just south of the NW corner ( 35°26’22.05″N, 118°16’43.23″W ) has eroded badly. 30 years ago 2 trailers were hauled up this access road and enjoyed for many summers until they fell apart. Buyer would ultimately want to do some grading to improve the access from public road onto land.
There are bike and hiking trails throughout this tree covered land. Numerous points of interest such as old trees, Boulders, trails, mountain top perches and awesome canyon views await. You feel like you are top of the world here.
There are almost endless nature interests around here.
Bright Star Wilderness is to the south. Beautiful views along with camping, hiking, horseback riding, hunting, wildlife viewing and photo opportunities.
